Dr. Deen is a part of the Oakville Health Centre FHO.
A Family Health Organization (FHO) is a group of primary care physicians who have chosen to work together to provide their patients with greater access to health care.
*IMPORTANT*
In the event that you are unable to get an appointment with Dr Deen to address your health concern, one of the experienced family doctors of the Oakville FHO is available to see you in the walk in clinic downstairs.
Our FHO patients have exclusive access to the walk in clinic from 9am-1pm, Monday to Friday.
The walk in is open 7 days a week for our patients as well as the public Monday-Friday 9am-8pm. Saturday & Sunday 10am-4pm. Please register at least 30 mins prior to closing.
Dr Deen will receive a copy of the clinic chart and any reports generated from the visit to maintain the continuity of your care.

For patients of our group of physicians or WSIB workplace injuries:
Weekdays 9am to 1pm
we are open EXCLUSIVEL to patients in our group and all workplace injuries
Must register in the clinic 30 minutes prior to closing time
In the event that the clinic has reached capacity, which we frequently do, we will close registration early.

- Suturing of Minor Wounds (depending on physician on call)
- Tetanus injections
- Splinting
- Tick removal & treatment
- Tuberculin skin testing
- Prescription refills (we do not prescribe narcotics or controlled substances)
- Treatment of Workplace injuries (WSIB, & FAF Claims)
- STI testing & treatment
- Wart treatment (OHIP & Non-OHIP Treatments available)
- Limited Travel advice/immunizations for a fee (not covered by OHIP)
FEES & INSURANCE
OHIP covers a wide range of health services. However there are services not covered by OHIP and therefore require separate billing processes. We charge patients a fee for providing uninsured and non-medical services such as:
- Travel advice, immunizations, prescriptions
- Cosmetic procedures and related consultations and diagnostic tests
- Writing reports, forms, employer requested reports, sick notes/back to work notes
